Belinda Ma has been focusing on technology PR for over eight years.  As a director, she oversees all client servicing and strategic consulting and manages media and analysts relations, as well as marketing and business development in the region.  

Prior to joining HA Taiwan, Belinda was an account director with Edelman Taiwan’s marketing group overseeing the HealthCare and Consumer practices, and was responsible for starting Edelman Taiwan’s technology group.  During her tenure with Edelman, she played an instrumental role in driving new business development and strengthening client relations with companies including: SigmaTel, Microsoft, Tyco Electronics, Synopsys, LG Philips LCD, Morgan Stanley, BayerHealthCare, AstraZeneca, and Abbott Lab.   

Belinda’s first PR agency experience was with Weber Shandwick Taiwan where she later was transferred to the company’s Singapore headquarters and oversaw regional coordination and communications campaigns for clients such as Texas Instruments, Palm, HP, Equant, Foundry Networks, Ericsson, Samsung, Virata, MasterCard and Prudential Financial.

Belinda graduated from Fu Jen University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
