The Hoffman Agency Names Whitney Small Managing Director of Its Asia Pacific Region

18 June, 2002, Beijing – High-tech public relations firm The Hoffman Agency (www.hoffman.com) today announced the hiring of Whitney F. Small as managing director of Hoffman Asia Pacific. Small will oversee the firm’s Asia Pacific practice, and develop products and services to fuel ongoing expansion efforts in the region.

Small comes to Hoffman from The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific, where she held the post of regional director of marketing and sales for the Parks and Resorts Division. Before her work at Disney Asia Pacific, Small served as vice president and managing director of Burson-Marsteller in Bangkok, Thailand. Prior to that, she was general manager of JMA Public Relations in Taipei.

Small will be based in Hoffman’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, overseeing this site, as well as agency offices in Singapore; Beijing; Shanghai, China; Seoul, Korea; and Tokyo.
