Ms. Small will oversee the Asia Pacific practice and will develop products and services to fuel expansion in the region. Previously, she was regional director of marketing and sakes for the parks and resorts division of The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific. She will be based in the Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, overseeing this office as well as agencies in Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul and Tokyo.
